Full Classroom Courses:
Our Full Classroom Course is designed to take a new trainee through a comprehensive hands-on overview of all the key areas of the THOMAS software system. This three-day, 20-hour course is offered in our Warren, Michigan training facility on a continuous weekly rotation. This is a great opportunity to get involved and focused on training without the day-to-day interruptions in your office.
On-line Modem and Internet Based Training:
For customers that prefer to have one-on-one instructor training, but find travel to our location difficult, we offer our entire three-day course for new users, and customized shorter sessions for those needing more specialized, advanced or refresher training. Participants work with their own instructor via phone and modem/internet right on their own computer.
On-site Instructor Training:
Our on-site instructor training is designed for the customer who prefers the personal touch of one-on-one instructor training in the comfort and convenience of their own office environment. We offer our entire three-day course for new users, and customized shorter sessions for those needing more specialized, advanced or refresher training.
Refresher/Review Courses:
Throughout the year, one-day Refresher/Review courses are offered for customers who simply wish to review or refine their THOMAS software skills. These courses are designed for customers who have previously been through the initial product-training course and have used the software for no less than six months. Participants cover the most common materials found in our standard three-day classroom course at a pace designed for those that already have familiarity with the software.
Advanced Training Seminars:
For the more advanced customer, Genius Solutions, Inc. offers occasional Advanced Training Seminars. These courses are designed for customers who have a solid understanding of the software program and are looking to advance their skills even further. Advanced troubleshooting, product short cuts, specialized product features are just a few of the areas touched upon. Current healthcare issues affecting practice management software and their impact on Genius Solutions, Inc. customers are often key components of the seminars.
