You will not be using WritePad on your own computers for this class, it will be more in a lecture format. Learn what to document on each screen to meet or exceed the code's requirements and how to show the medical necessity of your treatment plans. Learn inputting shortcuts for patient information in the Summary Screen and Daily Note Workflows to satisfy meaningful use requirements allowing you to successfully attest at the end of this month. Observe hands on demonstrations for conducting  history taking,  conducting and exam, logging daily SOAP notes, and establishing treatment plans for a standardized patient.
