Customer Service Technician (Full-Time)

Customer Service technicians handle incoming phone calls from Genius' clients in a help desk/call center environment. Individuals that may qualify for this position include those familiar with health care billing, customer service, computer systems and integration, those with an understanding or aptitude for programming, and most importantly patience in dealing with client concerns.
