techniques in posting such as
withheld insurance amounts, take
backs, insurance overpayments, and
patient refunds.

take backs
- Two methods for posting
insurance payment withholds (reward
pool)
- Scenarios in which to post
reverse and negative patient
payments
- The three different ways to deal
with insurance overpayments
- Relevant system settings

REPORTS TRAINING CLASS
Topics to be covered include but are not limited to, in
depth use of the reports currently taught in the basic 3-day training class,
other reports that have been found to be beneficial to THOMAS users, how to
balance system using reports that are meant to balance each other and better
understanding of THOMAS’ statistical reports.
Cost: $150 per person Time: 9:00am to 5:00pm
