TIPS AND TRICKS TRAINING CLASS Requires 3-6 months use of THOMAS
Topics to be covered include but are not limited to, THOMAS Shortcuts, Patient Information, Policy Holder Information, Recall Dates, Patient Reports, Notes, Insurance Claims, Referrals/Authorizations, Patient Utilities, Posting Charges, Posting Insurance Payments, Transmission and Claim Printing Tips, Financial Reports, Customized Reports, Back Up Data, Other Financial Report Definitions.
Cost: $150 per person

APPOINTMENT BOOK TRAINING CLASS
Topics to be covered include but are not limited to, setting up of the appointment book, appointment codes, time blocks, time block templates, marked as missed appointments, rescheduling, check appointments, purge appointments and restrictions. Appointment scheduling/using the appointment book, tear off, week view, multiple, find next open, find appointment, delete multiple and reports. Route slips, preparing route slips, check-in and list.

REPORTS TRAINING CLASS
Topics to be covered include but are not limited to, in depth use of the reports currently taught in the basic 3-day training class, other reports that have been found to be beneficial to THOMAS users, how to balance system using reports that are meant to balance each other and better understanding of THOMAS’ statistical reports.

To register, fill out the registration form and fax or mail back to Genius Solutions, Inc. at 586-751-3016. Please be sure to note software types (i.e. dTHOMAS, eTHOMAS) and choose only the class dates for your offices’ version of THOMAS. If paying by credit card all information must be completed on the bottom portion of the registration form. Please read the cancellation policy. All classes will be held at our office in Warren, MI and the fee is $150 per person per class. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by fax within 48 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation please contact Genius Solutions.
