BCBSM Electronic Transmission problems this morning
On Monday March 29 many electronic claim submitters are receiving errors such as "Fatal network exception", "System is testing", "Seg Term missing", and other unusual problems including slowness.
Genius has contacted Blue Cross of Michigan's EDI Department. They are aware of a problem on their system and hope to have it resolved by this afternoon.
Genius recommends waiting until Tuesday and trying your transmission again.
