Genius/Waystar customers are receiving a notification from Waystar regarding a change to their security algorithms. Waystar wants you to call your service provider- Genius- and make sure that we are updated to handle their upcoming, new, Waystar secure version.
If you use Waystar as your Genius Solutions clearinghouse, everything is ready to go. Check the Genius Update number displayed in the upper right-hand corner of eTHOMAS and make sure that it shows version 9.5.84 or higher. If not, you just need to Autoupdate your eTHOMAS software, like you normally do, make sure you are on version 9.5.84 when the update is complete, and it will address the Waystar update.
